We offer an excellent opportunity in engineering with experience in asset development and strong interest in flexibility solutions (such as battery storage technologies, Power-to-X solutions) to shape the transition of the power sector and to be involved in a wide range of activities ranging from strategy development through project management to asset construction and operation.

Responsibilities:

Supports complex, high-profile business development activities covering origination, optimization of flexibility projects
Tracking project timeline and reporting project milestones
Manages the delivery of project documentations (including designing, permitting)
Active oversight in procurement and execution (construction) of assets
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, participate in negotiations
Supports realization and integration of M&A projects
Gets involved in the implementation of the integrated strategic vision of the Asset Division of MET Group

Requirements:

MSc or BSc in engineering (electrical, energy or mechanical)
Min. 3-5 years of total work experience (and at least 2-3 years in project management) with strong desire to learn and develop
Experience in the power industry, especially in the field of disruptive flexibility solutions and project developments is an advantage
System-level understanding of energy systems
Fluent in English
Good with numbers and Excel
Analytical thinking, accuracy, reliability
Proactivity and ability to work independently, capacity for hard work
