MET Group is delighted to announce that its Swiss subsidiaries have kept the prestigious Top Employer certification in Switzerland for 2025. Just like in the previous year, MET remains as the only Swiss-based energy company to have received this prestigious award.
The Top Employers Institute is an internationally recognized institution which surveys and independently audits companies’ people practices based on top international standards. In 2025 in Switzerland, 38 companies are distinguished as Top Employers.
Maintaining the certification is an important milestone which underlines MET Group’s belief that talented employees are core to its business growth. During the comprehensive evaluation process, over 250 areas were assessed in MET’s HR policies and practices including people strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, talent management, wellbeing offerings, diversity and inclusion, as well as work environment.
