One of the main goals of the recently launched MET Alumni Club is to maintain strong relationships with departed talents, who we believe can serve as ambassadors of MET.
The MET Alumni Club is more than just a corporate program, MET seeks to create a long-lasting community of former colleagues. Currently, there are several hundred MET Alumni all over the world, and leveraging this network can create mutual advantages for all.
“Maintaining a network with former employees, reconnecting through different events and activities, and potentially welcoming back our former MET colleagues in rejoining us: the MET Alumni Club can have several benefits,” explains MET Group’s HR Director Tünde Tóth.
An innovative and interactive Alumni platform will be the main communication channel of the MET Alumni community. Multiple local events will be held aimed at reuniting the Alumni, learning of their experience since departing MET, networking and having fun together.
“We hope that many former colleagues will participate in the in-person meetings. Friendships will be revived, new career opportunities will open,” says Kori Jellen, Chairman of the MET Alumni Club, a former member of the MET community himself.
