We are seeking for an HR professional ready to assume a dual responsibility, providing HR business support and supporting the M&A activity in HR related issues for the Sales Business Unit across Europe.

Role Requirements

  • Provide business partnership to Chief Sales Officer and subsidiaries’ CEOs

  • Deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical People support and programs to team members and Sales leaders

  • Contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization

  • Deliver effective communication and provide leadership for the implementation of HR policies and processes across Sales

  • Partner with Group HR team on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Training&Developement and other projects and best practices

  • Actively involved in M&A activity on due diligence, and post-merger processes and integration

Skills and Knowledge

  • Master degree in economics, HR or business studies

  • 8+ years of broad HR experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent supporting at the executive level

  • Professional working proficiency in English

  • Proven track record in supporting sales organisations

  • Experience in due diligence, merge and integration process is highly appreciated

  • Be well-versed in HR best practices and look for continuous improvement at all times

  • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help team members grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals

  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change

  • Strong influencing skills; assertivity

  • Must be willing to travel
